Kathy Dennison has been in the real estate industry for 12 years. She started almost directly after graduating from Grand Valley State
University in 1997 with a degree in Psychology. After getting her feet wet in the real estate market at Greenridge Realty, she developed a
passion for residential real estate. Kathy has been a broker/partner of Lighthouse Property Management since it's inception in 2003.
Lighthouse Property Management specializes in managing residential properties ranging from your standard single family home, to
mid-sized complexes in the West Michigan area.
