Relationships: We believe that building and maintaining professional relationships with our investors is
critically important. We take the time to understand our investors and to work through the many options of real
estate investment together. We consider the closing to be the end of the beginning of our work together--not just

Education: We are committed to helping our investors to master the art of real estate investment by providing
cutting-edge educational seminars. These seminars are provided in collaboration with some or all of our
Professional Resource Team. The Professional Resource Team is a group outstanding professionals from
some of the finest organizations in the greater Grand Rapids area. The seminars have a lot to offer to both the
beginning investor and to the veteran investor.

Jonathan Mulder is an Associate Broker, and serves as President of Axios Real Estate, LLC. He was licensed
as a Real Estate Salesperson in 1988 and licensed as a Builder in 1995. He is a real estate investor with
experience in residential real estate investment, commercial real estate investment, and business
acquisitions.
Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Cornerstone University, where
he graduated Summa Cum Laude and received the Distinguished Achievement Award. Additionally, he holds
a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling, which included doctoral-level work in organizational
development and consulting.
